Paul Heaton’s Journey: From The Housemartins to Solo Success

Paul Heaton first found success as a member of The Housemartins during the 1980s. Subsequently, the band achieved hits including Happy Hour and Caravan of Love. Following their split, Heaton formed The Beautiful South in 1988. Consequently, the group produced classics including A Little Time, Perfect 10, and Rotterdam. Furthermore, The Beautiful South became one of Britain’s most successful pop bands. Afterward, Heaton launched a successful solo career and collaborated with Jacqui Abbott. Meanwhile, his solo work delivered popular songs including The Last King of Pop and 7″ Singles. Today, Heaton remains one of Britain’s most respected and enduring songwriters.

Co-op Live Arena, Manchester: A Premier Entertainment Venue
